This case is excellent overall. I use it traveling throughout Iraq in Blackhawks and fixed wing aircraft all of the time. Not a scratch on my Ipod. Virtually dust proof. Dust can get in thru the speaker holes, so still use a screen protector. My only issue may be the cover for the camera is actually a bit of a pain to eliminate.
